Kia India has several models slated for launch on Indian roads, including the Kia Clavus, Carens, the Next-Gen Seltos, the Syros EV and EV3. These selective models are expected to be introduced between this year and the end of next year.
According to reports, the launch of the Kia Carens Clavis EV is likely to happen in July. It is expected to share its platform with the Hyundai Electric EV. The EV may come with 42kWh and 51.4kWh battery packs. The price is anticipated to be between Rs 19 lakh and Rs 26 lakh.
Kia India is working on launching the next-gen Kia Seltos in India, either by the end of this year or early 2026. The new Seltos will feature a redesigned front and rear, while the engine options are expected to remain similar to those of the current model. Updates to its features are also anticipated, with the price expected to range from Rs 12 lakh to Rs 22 lakh.
Kia India is also said to be planning to launch the Kia Syros EV in India. It is expected to share its platform with the Hyundai Ioniq EV model, which comes with 42 kWh and 49 kWh battery options globally. The launch is expected to happen during the first half of 2026.
The Kia EV3 has already been launched in the global market but has not yet made its way to India. It is expected to arrive in the country by 2026, probably in the first half of the year. The EV is equipped with two battery options globally — a standard 58.3 kWh and a long-range 81.4 kWh, with the long-range version claiming a WLTP range of up to 600 km. Its price is anticipated to start at around Rs 20 lakh or more.
