Delivery to regional areas

Our network of trusted delivery drivers and partners are able to deliver throughout Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Australia Capital Territory and South Australia. Our delivery process including timing and pricing will differ based on where you live.

Delivery costs

During the online purchase process, you’ll have the option to choose between pick-up or home delivery. Our delivery service covers areas within greater Melbourne, Brisbane, and Sydney.

If you live outside of these areas, a delivery fee will be added to the total cost of your car.  The delivery cost will depend on your area and will be added at the time of checkout.

When you enter your post code at checkout, if your area doesn’t return a delivery cost, you can request a call-back from our team to discuss the best options and to get a quote for delivery.

From payment to delivery – how long will it take?

Once you’ve completed your finance or payment, we’ll start preparing your car for delivery. If you live in a remote regional area, the general delivery time is 1, to 4 weeks. This can vary, as it depends on the delivery route of our logistics partners, which is out of our control.

Will the car be delivered to my front door?

Most of the time, yes. But sometimes there are other factors such as accessibility. If you live on a farm with a long driveway, or you’re not in a serviceable postcode, we may need to coordinate delivery with you.

In the event that a delivery truck is unable to access a small road or driveway, our delivery partners will contact you ahead of time to arrange a suitable place as close to your address as possible.

Returning your car (7-Day Returns)

If you decide to return your car as part of our 7-day return, we can arrange to pick it up at no cost to you as long as it hasn't travelled further than 2000km over the 7 day period.

Inspecting the condition of my car

If you live on a long dirt road, there may be a chance that your new car is dusty or dirty when it’s delivered to you.

Car handover

In metro areas our Carcierges will hand over the car in person. They’ll walk you through your new car’s key features, check off the condition report and answer any questions you might have – they can even help you program your favourite radio stations!

In regional areas where we can’t personally hand over your car, our welcome pack will include a recorded video walkthrough as well as key information for the first seven days if you have any issues.

Checking in on you

During the first week, we’ll call you three times to check in on you and see how you’re going with your new car.

In case there’s an issue with the car

Your car comes with a six-month warranty and roadside assistance. Should you have a mechanical issue, we will arrange for your car to be picked up. Under our roadside assistance policy, you may also be eligible for accommodation and a rental car if you’re away from home.


At the moment, if you live in a regional area we can only offer you a trade in if you can drop your car off to us.


Which areas are considered regional?

Generally this is any area outside of greater Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne.

Which areas are considered metro?

Any area within greater Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne.

How long will my car take to be delivered?

For regional areas your car will take between 1 and 4 weeks for delivery. Actual delivery times will vary depending on how remote you are.

How much will it cost me to have my car delivered?

Delivery costs to regional areas will vary depending on the distance between your preferred delivery address and greater Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne. Exact delivery costs will be shown in the checkout. If you prefer to not pay for delivery, you can also choose to pick up your car from one of our pick up locations.

If you are wanting to buy your car using finance, some lenders may incorporate the delivery cost into your finance costs. Speak to your lender for more information.

Why is the car dirty when it arrives?

Your car may have travelled hundreds of kilometres on the back of a truck. It’s our intention to create great first impressions with your new car. We'll do our best to ensure the car is as clean as possible, however if you live on a dirt or dusty road the car may have some dirt or dust on it.

My car hasn’t arrived yet, who should I contact?

One of our Carcierges will contact you with regular updates in the days leading up to your delivery. On the day of delivery they’ll be in touch with an expected delivery time.

How do handovers work for regional delivery?

A video link will be sent to you. The video features your Carcierge walking you through the condition report, pointing out imperfections and showing how to use some of the features of the car.

The Carcierge will call you with an update on the delivery estimated time of arrival.
