With Autopilot, you have the freedom to either hire a driver on demand (instantly) or schedule a trip for a later time.

Is it possible to request a specific driver for my journey, and will this incur additional fees?

Unfortunately, you cannot request a specific driver on Autopilot. Our platform matches you with the nearest available driver. You can rest assured that all our drivers are skilled and have successfully passed our stringent tests and background verification process.

Are there any extra charges for booking a driver during peak hours?

Yes, additional night charges are applicable if you hire a driver after 9:00 PM or if your trip ends after 9:30 PM.

Is it possible to extend the driver's service time on the day of the booking?

Absolutely! There are no extra charges for extending a trip duration. At the end of the trip, you will only be charged for the actual trip duration.

As an introductory offer, all cancellation charges are currently waived off.

Can I specify a pick-up and drop-off location when booking a driver?

Yes, you can specify both pick up and drop locations when booking a trip with Autopilot. Please note, you cannot change the pick or drop locations once the booking is confirmed.

Are telephone bookings for drivers accepted?

We do not allow any telephone bookings for drivers. All trip bookings need to be made on Autopilot that you can access through the CARS24 app.
