The legendary Tata Sierra, the first SUV designed and produced in India, makes a striking comeback in its all-new electric avatar at the Auto Expo 2020.
The all-electric Sierra concept was unveiled by Tata Motors on the opening day of the Auto Expo 2020. At first glance, you are blown away by the new additions. The front of the Sierra has a sleek headlight that continues to the sleek front grille, giving it a muscular, bold and rugged SUV look. The squared front wheel arches make it look like a cousin to the Landrover Defender owing to a striking visual similarity. But what blows your mind away is that signature 3 door design of the Sierra with the massive single-piece side glass which runs onto the roof, similar to the good old Sierra.
The rear of the car has a futuristic design with a sleek single LED taillight with “Sierra” embossed on the boot. The dual-tone diamond-cut alloys add goes well with the stance of the car.
In a nutshell, the “Electric Sierra Concept” looks great and brings back the nostalgia of the original Tata Sierra, which was futuristic in its time and it had a cult status in the mid to late 90s.
