Usually, 1000cc bikes are performance machines that are made only for recreational purpose and racing etc. The powerful bikes are fitted with extraordinary engine technology with highly expensive components and cycle parts. One important aspect of a 1000cc bike is the rider’s control over the machine.

These bikes have more than 100bhp on an average which goes up to 200 horsepower on the top end most expensive motorcycle in this list. Still, there are some lacking in here because top tier superbikes are not yet launched in India with updated BS6 engines. Most motorcycles mentioned here have more than sufficient power output and offer performance that’s out of reach of most of the riders.

Leaving behind a couple of bikes which are classic roadsters and cruisers, rest of the bikes are equipped with the frame, swingarm etc with lightweight and strong alloys. Engine components are manufactured with expensive metal alloys that help in minimising weight and maximizing heat dissipation and long life. The suspension and braking components are sourced from specialists that have decades of expertise in the market.
