CARS24 firmly believes in recognizing their achievements and acknowledging that their growth is the sole way for CARS24 to leapfrog into the forefront of used-car business in India. CARS24 – now spread across 10 cities with 50+ branches – has empaneled 1000s of authorized buyers across the country till now. In less than two years of its inception, CARS24 has auctioned more than 1.5 lakh cars.

The authorized buyers’ engagement meet was held in five different cities – Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune and Bangalore. The buyers were recognized for their contribution to the phenomenal growth of CARS24 over the years. The buyers were briefed about the implications of GST on used car business and other CARS24 initiatives that would help them expand their businesses. The excitement was palpable across cities as close to 400 authorized buyers gathered for these events on busy weekday evenings.

The respective events in each city began with authorized buyers’ testimonial on how they were able to benefit from their association with CARS24. From the general experience of procuring cars made easy with precise objective inspection reports and hassle-free live-online auction to home delivery and easy finance options – the initiatives have helped scores of buyers grow their business 10X, thereby translating into higher profits for them.

What followed was the introduction to CARS24’s unique initiative to ease the process of procuring cars for buyers. Projects such as Funding24 and features like Fair Market Value (FMV) and ‘Buy Now’ button for cars put up for the live-online auction have eased buyers to seamlessly bid for cars and pick them up in a much faster and efficient manner.

To now elaborate upon Funding24 –  CARS24 has tied up with banks and top financing institutions to provide empaneled buyers an option of getting finance within a span of minutes and that too, at unheard interest rates for 1-2 months. This allows buyers enough time to sell the procured cars for a profit and repay their dues. A buyer no longer needs hefty upfront capital to buy more cars, thus significantly helping them in expanding their business. This ensures more and more buyers are now being able to bid for a specific car thereby, ensuring high demand, which then translates into a better price being offered to car owners.

Moving onto Fair Market Value (FMV), CARS24 has started to tag each car up for the live-online auction process with an estimated fair-selling price, based on past transactions of the similar car at CARS24. This helps the buyers get an idea of what a specific car up for auction is valued at. Moreover, FMV also helps a car seller to get the best price for his/her car put up for the live-online auction.

CARS24 is an institution that constantly listens to its partners, implied by the perennial improvements made to the authorized buyers’ App to ease the process of procuring cars. Based on the feedback received, apart from a very objective and exhaustive inspection report, CARS24 now puts out ‘Highlights’ for each car which becomes eligible for the auction process.  The ‘Highlights’ section puts out information such as the accessories installed (not part of the standard equipment) in the car and the parts/segments of the car which are in an exceptional condition.  This helps the buyers in placing bids for the car accordingly, as they are aware of the higher potential resale value for such cars, which in turn helps a car owner to fetch a higher price for his/her car.

The event was far from being finished as the fun part of it, the rewards given out to buyers for their exceptional performance in the last quarter, was about to begin. Based on the number of cars procured from CARS24, highest performing buyers were awarded trophies, certificates, and goodies, which heightened the excitement levels among the participants.

You could feel the elation as many of the buyers who had just missed the cut for attaining prizes this time around, promised to walk away with the next leg’s grand prizes on offer. All buyers echoed the feeling that they have never come across a company that invested this much in their partners and practically asks nothing much in return. The budding sense of brotherhood and growing loyalty from the buyers towards CARS24 and vice-versa was evident as the respective events in cities ended with drinks and a grand dinner.
