CARS24 has resumed operations, the branches present in orange and green zones across India are opened following the government guidelines. In addition, we have also launched home inspections at Rs 99 for customers to sell their car without the need of visiting our branch.
As safety and hygiene is our top priority in the post covid world, all our branches are disinfected and sanitized every four hours with regular sanitization of common touch surfaces like electrical switches, furniture, door handles, and touchscreen panels.
As a part of the safety protocol, the staff at CARS24 undergo daily temperature checks with the usage of the Aarogya Setu App to monitor health status. The staff are mandated to wear protective gear including a mask and gloves during business hours. CARS24 branches are equipped with sufficient safety masks, alcohol wipes, and sanitizers for both staff and customers.
In order to offer a contactless car selling experience to our customers, our staff are well trained to conduct business with hygiene, maintaining social distance as per WHO guidelines. CARS24 also recommends the usage of a safety bag for the exchange of documents and car keys. During Test Drive, the customer is recommended to use the rear seat of the car.
In addition to that, a customer can also opt for our Home Inspection to safely sell their car to our executive without the need of visiting our branch. The CARS24’ executives assigned for home inspections are trained on conducting the car selling process with minimum customer interaction maintaining physical distancing.
