  • Step 1: Go to the Kolkata RTO and get Form 4.
  • Step 2: Fill the form and attach it with the required documents.

  • Step 5: On passing the test, you receive a learner’s license.
  • Step 5: Go to the RTO 30 days after receiving the learner’s license.

  • Step 7: You will be issued a permanent driving licence on passing the test

Doing so saves you time and effort as you can get the required job completed from the comfort of your home.   • Step 1: Go to www.tnsta.gov.in and choose the Driving Licence option
  • Step 2: Download the application form and print it
  • Step 3: Deposit the form to the RTO
  • Step 4: Deposit all documents mentioned above
  • Step 5: Obtain a slot from the RTO for the driving test
  • Step 6: On passing the test, you will get the DL in 2 to 3 weeks
