The Indian subsidiary of Ford, the popular American carmaker, offers some well-sorted cars in the Indian market. However, hardly any of these have managed to get anywhere close to the top of the sales charts. In fact, the company is among the worst-performing carmakers in the country. To make matters worse, the COVID situation last month lead to sales falling to an absolute zero. In order to push the demand, the company is offering some great offers. Here is a look at Ford May 2021 car offers and discounts.
Ford EcoSport – May 2021 Discounts
The Ford EcoSport has been a traditional Maruti Vitara Brezza and Tata Nexon rival that has not been doing good numbers. It is currently being sold with a cash discount of Rs 7,000 and a corporate bonus of Rs 4,000. The compact SUV is also available with a discounted insurance premium. In spite of its age, the EcoSport is a well-sorted compact SUV that is quite exciting to drive, has a powerful engine, looks great, and even offers high safety.
The Ford Aspire has been a Maruti Dzire, and Honda Amaze rival that is based on the second generation Figo. The sub-4-metre sedan is currently available with a cash discount of Rs 7,000 along with a discounted rate for insurance premium. There’s also a corporate bonus of Rs 4,000 if you sell your old Ford car to the dealership. The Aspire is a pretty decent model with powerful engines, a high number of safety features, decent ride and handling characteristics, and cheap spare parts.
Like the Ford Aspire, the Figo has hardly been on any car buyer’s mind. The small car, which goes on to rival some well-established models like the Maruti Swift and Hyundai Grand i10, is currently being sold with a cash discount of Rs 7,000 and a discount on the insurance premium. There is also a corporate bonus of Rs 4,000. The Figo is a decent small car that offers confident handling, powerful engine options, a high number of safety features, and cheap spare parts. Also, while the top-selling Maruti Swift is not available with a diesel engine option anymore, the Figo continues to be on offer with both petrol and diesel choices.
The next model on our list is another vehicle from the Figo family, which is the Freestyle crossover-inspired hatchback. The Freestyle also got its BSVI update alongside the Aspire and the Figo. It is currently being sold with some great discounts in the form of a cash benefit of Rs 7,000, a corporate bonus of Rs 4,000, and insurance premium at discounted rates. The Freestyle offers all the qualities of the Figo but along with additional ruggedness due to the plastic cladding and the higher ground clearance.
The second-generation Ford Endeavour in India has been a Toyota Fortuner rival that has a lot going for it. The latest Endy offers butch looks, a premium cabin, robust 4×4 system, and great dynamics. Also, now, it comes with a modern 2.0-litre diesel engine that comes mated to the world’s first 10-speed automatic transmission. There are currently no discounts on the Endeavour, but you can haggle with the dealer to try and get some sweeteners on the purchase of this highly capable SUV.
