Also, there are multiple transmission options to choose from. The base petrol engine, which is the naturally-aspirated unit, offers 83PS and 112Nm. The turbocharged petrol engine outputs 120PS and 172Nm, while the turbo-diesel motor offers 115PS and 250Nm with automatic transmission and 100PS and 240Nm with 6-speed manual unit.
As per the manufacturer, the Kia Sonet offers more than 30 segment-first features, including bits like a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment unit, UVO connectivity features, BOSE surround sound system with 7 speakers and a sub-woofer, LED sound mood lighting, wireless smartphone charger with a cooling feature, ventilated front seats, air purifier and more. The Kia Sonet is underpinned by the same platform as the Hyundai Venue but offers slightly different driving dynamics due to a differently tuned suspension.
