Given the fact that Bhopal is one of the most developed cities and the capital of the state of Madhya Pradesh, it comes as no surprise that the majority of the people in the city have access to the internet or use a smartphone on a daily basis. Therefore, applying for a learner’s licence online is a lot easier in the city. Applicants who choose the online method are required to correctly fill in the application form and other forms that might be required. Once the verification is complete, the applicants must make the application fee payment through any of the online payment portals available. Finally, the applicants are required to select a date and time slot to appear for the learner’s licence test at the RTO nearest to their registered address. On the chosen date, the applicants must visit the RTO and give the learner’s licence test. Only if the test is cleared successfully will the RTO issue the licence to the applicant.

Offline Application

For those applicants who choose to do things the traditional way, applying for a learner’s licence offline can be the better choice. If applying offline, the applicant must visit the nearest RTO in the city. There, the applicant can find the required forms and get information about the documents required. After filling the forms and attaching the documents, the applicant must make the fee payment at the RTO. The applicant is then required to select a date and time slot in which they would like to give the LL test at the RTO. On the chosen date, the applicant must visit the RTO and give the test.
