Offline Application
While the offline process is not the most popular way to apply for a learner’s licence, it is often considered as the most reliable way. The applicant must visit the RTO closest to him/her and request for the forms to obtain a learner’s licence. Once the forms are filled out correctly, the applicant must then attach the requested documents to prove the applicants details. After verifying, the RTO will accept the application fee payment. Once the application is approved, a nominal fee will be required
to be paid by the applicant after which a receipt will be issued.
The fee payment receipt can be used as proof till the new
learner’s licence is issued by the RTO.
Learning Licence Test Procedure in Daman and Diu
