Learning Licence Gurgaon – Learning Licence Online & Offline Apply in Gurgaon

When the Motor Vehicles Act was passed in 1988, it stated that anyone who wished to drive a vehicle in India had to hold a valid driver’s licence. However, with the many amendments to the act, anyone who now wishes to drive a vehicle must first apply for and obtain a learner’s licence in the country. In Gurgaon, this rule is followed extremely stringently. Fortunately, the application process for a learner’s licence in Gurgaon is simple and can be done either online or offline. Both methods require applicants to fill out forms and give a learner’s licence test at the RTO. Although the test is relatively easy, it is mandatory for applicants to clear it to be issued a licence.
