to drive a vehicle to first hold a driving licence. However, in order to obtain

and offline process which involves the applicant filling in the forms and

How to Apply for a Duplicate Learning License in Jharkhand?
In the event of a learner’s licence being misplaced, stolen, or damaged, the holder is required to apply for a duplicate learner’s licence by informing the RTO where the original was issued. The holder will have to attach documents to the application form and pay a nominal fee as well. In case the learner’s licence was stolen, the applicant will have to attach the FIR from the local police station as well.

How to Make Corrections in Learner’s License?

RTO that issued the learner’s licence and no other RTO in the state.

Once the application is approved, a nominal fee will be required
to be paid by the applicant after which a receipt will be issued.
The fee payment receipt can be used as proof till the new
learner’s licence is issued by the RTO.
Learning Licence Test Procedure in Jharkhand

must select a date and time to appear for the learner’s licence test at the
