This is because the majority of people applying either have access to the internet or own and use a smartphone on a daily basis. When applying online, applicants must visit the official website for the Rajasthan Transport Department – http://www.transport.rajasthan.gov.in/content/transportportal/en.html or the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways website – https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan/. These websites offer any information required to complete the application process including the application forms. Offline applicants must visit the RTO in their city which is located closest to the registered address. The application forms can be found at the RTO or can be downloaded from the above-mentioned websites. Once the forms are completely filled in, the applicants must attach copies of the documents listed in the forms for verification. After the verification process is complete, applicants can make the fee payment at the RTO payment counters. Lastly, applicants must select a date and time to appear for the learner’s licence test which will take place at the same RTO. On the selected date, the applicants must visit the RTO again and give the test.
