Learning Licence Lucknow – Learning Licence Online & Offline Apply in Lucknow

The Motor Vehicles Act of 1988 made it mandatory for anyone in India to obtain a permanent driving licence before they can drive a vehicle. The various amendments introduced newer rules into the act and today, people who want to drive a vehicle in India, must first have a learner’s licence. Lucknow, the capital city of the most populated state in India, Uttar Pradesh, follows these rules and ensures that nobody with a valid learner’s licence can obtain a driving licence. The application processes for a learner’s licence in Lucknow are quite easy and can be done online, as well as offline. Both methods require applicants to fill out forms before appearing for a learner’s licence test at the Regional Transport Office. Only when the applicant clears the test, will the RTO issue the licence.
