How to Apply for a Duplicate Learning License in Uttar Pradesh?
In the event of a learner’s licence being stolen, lost, or damaged, the holder can apply for a duplicate learner’s licence from the RTO. The applicant must either visit the nearest RTO or get the required forms online before attaching the documents and paying the fees. After submission, the RTO will verify the documents and issue a duplicate learner’s licence at the registered address.

done online and a visit to the RTO is required to make the necessary changes.
Here are the steps to go about making any corrections to the learner’s licence:
Step 1: Any corrections to the learner’s licence can only be made by the RTO that issued the learner’s licence and no other RTO in the state.
Step 2: The documents specified by the RTO should be presented to make the corrections.
Step 3: A copy of the learner’s licence must be submitted to the RTO along with an application for the requested changes.
Step 4: Once the application is approved, a nominal fee will be required to be paid by the applicant after which a receipt will be issued.
Step 5: The fee payment receipt can be used as proof till the new learner’s licence is issued by the RTO.
Learning Licence Test Procedure in Uttar Pradesh:
Before
you can receive your learner’s licence in Uttar Pradesh, you will have to clear
