Maruti Suzuki India Ltd, the country’s largest-selling carmaker, has added yet another feather to its cap as it completes three years of the Arena retail channel. In the last three years, Maruti Suzuki has gone on to bolster its already robust sales network of more than 2,300 sales and service outlets across the country and as many as 745 Maruti Suzuki Arena dealerships throughout the nation.
Maruti Suzuki Arena dealerships were launched in 2017 and were quick to come into limelight owing to the digitized and connected car buying experience they started providing to the tech-savvy and new-age customers. If company claims are to be believed, the Arena showrooms offer state-of-the-art modern gadgets that allow prospective customers to not only get detailed information of the model they’re interested in but even easily customize the offering using official accessories and customization options being provided by the manufacturer.

Basically, the idea behind the launch of the Arena retail chain is to offer a tailor-made experience to every prospective customer that walks into the showroom. At these dealerships, the customers are offered with smooth offline to online transition, which is one of the contributing factors to the 6.48 monthly hits that the company’s official website garners. All Maruti Suzuki Arena showrooms are equipped with a touch-screen navigation portal that memorizes customer preferences, while all the modification options offered by the company’s i-Create digital platform enables the customer to design the car.
Other features of all Arena dealerships spread across the country include highly helpful relationship managers, Owner’s Lounge, and a Cafe and Consultation Zone. Through its retail chain, Maruti Suzuki India Ltd has definitely been able to provide all the features of its premium Nexa retail chain to buyers of its regular models, including Alto, S-PRESSO, WagonR, Celerio, CelerioX, Swift, Dzire, Vitara Brezza, and Ertiga. In the coming days, Maruti Suzuki is expected to add an updated model of the Vitara Brezza, which will get SHVS technology even for the manual variant. Right now, this technology is available only on the automatic model.
Speaking on the success of ARENA, Mr. Shashank Srivastava, Executive Director (Marketing & Sales), Maruti Suzuki India Limited, said,“Maruti Suzuki ARENA was launched after listening to and meeting the expectations of a modern, dynamic and young audience. Celebrating its third anniversary today fills all of us with great pride as it marks a transformation of our network and is a testimony of our commitment to customer satisfaction – the single-largest motivation behind our expansion, innovation, and design. We are delighted to celebrate over 745 Maruti Suzuki ARENA showrooms and look forward to offering more revolutionary customer car buying experiences.”
