Maruti Suzuki is India’s largest automaker, and it has been selling some of the most popular cars in the country. A while ago, it started a new program to enable more people to buy its cars whilst also being able to afford them without much faff. Not everyone walks into a showroom with a large wad of cash and buys a brand-new without much thought. In a market where people love to get the best bang-for-the-buck, long-term payment plans are seen as a blessing. Maruti Suzuki’s Subscribe initiative allows people to buy their next car by going for a payment plan that ranges from 12 months and 48 months.

Up until recently, the Maruti Suzuki Subscribe program was only available in Delhi/NCR and Bengaluru. However, seeing a rise in demand and an opportunity for more market penetration, Maruti Suzuki’s Subscribe plan has been extended to four new cities. These include the likes of Mumbai (including Navi Mumbai and Thane), Chennai, Ahmedabad, and Gandhinagar. Starting in September and ORIX Auto Infrastructure Services India, the Subscribe program has seen a healthy response from prospective buyers. Given that we are still in the middle of a pandemic, this influx of new customers is to be expected.

According to the Subscribe program, customers who have enrolled have several choices at the end of the subscription. They can choose to extend the subscription, upgrade to another Maruti Suzuki car, or outright purchase their current car at market price. Under this program, you could choose any of the brand’s extensive range of models – including the Swift, Dzire, Vitara Brezza, Ertiga, Baleno, Ciaz, and XL6. If you are one of those who don’t want to actually own a car but would still like to use it as your own, Maruti Suzuki’s Subscribe plan is worth a look. Of course, you will have to pay an all-inclusive monthly charge, which will encompass the car’s maintenance and insurance for the whole tenure.
