After recording absolutely no sale at all in the month of April 2020, most carmakers are finally recovering from the prolonged period of sales slump. Last month, the Indian car market performed almost as well as it did in July 2019. However, sustaining this sales momentum is the challenge and to tackle this, almost every car manufacturer in the country is offering some attractive discounts on its models. Nissan India, which sells Nissan and Datsun cars in the country, is no different. Here are Nissan August 2020 car offers and discounts.
Datsun redi-GO – August 2020 Discounts
The Datsun redi-GO is the cheapest car in its manufacturer’s product portfolio and goes on to rival the likes of Maruti Alto 800 and Renault Kwid. It is available in both 800cc and 1000cc variants, with the latter even offering an optional AMT. In spite of The redi-GO comes with a crossover styling, a high ground clearance and is fairly easy to maintain. As this entry-level car received a facelift recently, it’s not available with any official discount. However, dealer-end deals may be available on select variants.
While the redi-GO is on sale in the entry-level A1 segment, the Go is on sale in the B1 segment, where it rivals the likes of Maruti Swift and Hyundai Grand i10, and tries to attract buyers through its low price. The budget hatchback recently even got a facelift, which means it now looks better than ever, while features like a bench-like front seat enables it to carry up to six occupants. Thanks to the facelift, the car is now even better equipped than before. Currently, it is on sale with an exchange bonus of Rs 15,000, a corporate discount of Rs 10,000 and an option to start paying EMI from January 2021 if you buy the car this month.
Like the Go, the Datsun GO+ is an affordable offering. It rivals the Renault Triber and can carry up to 7 passengers. It is based on the Go and hence, offers the same specifications and features. It is even available with the same offers, which means you can buy this car with an exchange bonus of Rs 15,000, a corporate bonus of Rs 10,000 and an option to start paying EMIs from January 2021.
The Nissan Kicks is currently the only car in its company’s portfolio as models like the Micra and Sunny were pulled off the shelves with the roll-out of BSVI emission norms. The Kicks recently received a 1.3-litre turbo-petrol engine, which makes it the most powerful SUV in its class. Also, like before, it’s available with a 1.5-litre naturally-aspirated petrol motor, albeit, in a BSVI guise. Also, like before, it comes across as a well-rounded offering. As the Kicks recently got a facelift, currently, there are no offers available on this SUV, but you can surely try your luck at the dealerships by bargaining hard.
