As India slowly emerges from a lockdown, carmakers are readying themselves to entice buyers all over again. In order to boost sales, Tata Motors has announced benefits on some of its cars for the month of June. While it may only have six models to offer, the homegrown marque has been doing plenty to keep people’s interest in the brand up. One of the best ways to do that, especially in the climate that we are in right now, is to come up with special offers. In this case, select Tata cars are now available with benefits worth up to Rs 65,000.
Driving in first is the Tata Tiago, which is now available with a consumer scheme worth Rs 15,000 and an exchange offer of Rs 10,000. Therefore, customers of the Tiago stand to benefit from discounts of up to Rs 25,000. Its offers aside, the Tata Tiago has a list price that ranges between Rs 5.00 Lakh and Rs 6.96 Lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai). Just like the Tiago, the Tata Tigor sedan is also available with a consumer scheme worth Rs 15,000 and exchange offer worth Rs 15,000 as well. Combined, buyers can expect discounts of up to Rs 30,000. The Tigor costs from Rs 5.60 Lakh to Rs 7.74 Lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai).
One of the other cars that’s available with special benefits this month is the Tata Nexon. Unlike the cheaper Tiago and Tigor, the Tata Nexon is only offered with an exchange offer worth Rs 15,000. Furthermore, do keep in mind that it is only the diesel variants of the Nexon that come with this particular scheme – the petrol and EV variants aren’t part of these benefits. As for its pricing, the Tata Nexon diesel costs between Rs 9.49 Lakh and Rs 12.96 Lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai).
The only other Tata car that comes with benefits in June is the Harrier. As we know, the Tata Harrier is only offered in diesel guise and is available with two kinds of benefits. One excludes the Camo Edition, Dark Edition, XZ+, and XZA+ trims, whilst the other is specific to these very trim levels. The former takes into account a consumer scheme worth Rs 25,000 and an exchange offer worth up to Rs 40,000. Combined, the total benefits can amount to up to Rs 65,000.
On the other hand, if you want the Camo Edition, Dark Edition, or the top-end XZ+ and XZA+ trims, Tata Motors is only offering benefits of up to Rs 40,000. This comes by way of an exchange offer, as these trims don’t come with any special consumer scheme. The sticker price of the Tata Harrier varies between Rs 14.30 Lakh and Rs 20.82 Lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai). Also, do note that these offers are only available till June 30 and strictly on the above-mentioned models/variants. There are no offers as such on the other two Tata cars that include the Altroz and Safari.
