The country-wide lockdown led to auto sales hitting a rock-bottom-low back in April last year. While sales have picked up in the last one year, the numbers were simply nowhere near the ones clocked during normal times. As demand for new cars is yet to attain normalcy, carmakers are offering some great discounts across their lineups. Here are the details of the Tata July 2021 car offers and discounts.
Tata Nexon – July 2021 Discounts
The Tata Nexon has a huge fan following, and while it’s yet to outclass the Hyundai Venue or the Maruti Vitara Brezza, it enjoys its own set of followers. The Nexon received a mid-life facelift a few years ago, and hence, there aren’t too many discounts on offer at the moment. Still, buyers of the Nexon petrol can benefit from a corporate discount, while the diesel model is available with an exchange bonus of Rs 15,000. Even the Nexon EV is available with an exchange bonus of Rs 10,000-15,000, depending on the variant you pick up. Also, you might end up benefitting from some more discounts if you bargain hard at the dealership.
Tata Tiago is being sold with benefits worth Rs 25,000. These include a cash discount of Rs 15,000, an exchange bonus of Rs 10,000. With Rs 25,000 shelved off the ex-showroom price, the Tiago turns out to be a great buy as the budget-end hatchback looks quite good, offers a comfortable ride, and even offers a sufficiently powerful and frugal petrol engine.
The Tigor is nothing but a notchback version of the Tiago that, too most, looks more handsome than the small car it is based on. The compact sedan sibling offers all the qualities of the Tiago along with a bigger boot and a really stylish rear-end. Like the Tiago, even the Tigor is being sold with many attractive discounts. In total, all the offers amount to Rs 30,000, which are being offered through a cash discount of Rs 15,000 and an exchange bonus of Rs 15,000. All these discounts make the Tigor the most affordable sedan in the country an even better value proposition.
Like the Tata Nexon, the Harrier has been unable to shake up the leaders of its segment, but, again, like its sub-4-metre sibling, it enjoys a dedicated set of followers. The Harrier was updated a few months ago and now comes with an improved engine that is not only cleaner but even offers more power and an optional automatic transmission sourced from Hyundai. The Harrier has a punchy motor, and it is underpinned by Land Rover L550-derived platform and even looks really good. Right now, it is being sold with benefits worth Rs 65,000, which are being provided in the form of a cash discount of Rs 25,000, an exchange bonus of Rs 40,000. The Camo and Dark Editon, though, are only available with an exchange bonus of Rs 40,000.
