After the launch of the Kia Seltos in the Indian market, Hyundai is now gearing up to introduce the new Hyundai Creta for buyers looking for a premium and feature-rich mid-size SUV in India. To begin with, the upcoming 2024 Hyundai Creta will boast several updates, including the ADAS safety suite, for buyers looking for an all-rounder SUV under ₹50 lakh. 

Having said that, the new Creta is likely to be launched with three engine options - a 1.5L Turbo petrol, a 1.5L NA petrol, and a 1.5L CRDi diesel. For those wondering, the new Creta is likely to hit the showrooms in late February or early March of 2024.

While official specifications and more details of the upcoming car are yet to be disclosed by the brand, it is confirmed that only a limited number of units of the sedan will be on sale in the country as it will be brought into the country via the completely knocked down (CKD) route.

4. Kia Carnival KA4

With a scheduled launch early next year, the new Kia Carnival is currently one of the most anticipated upcoming cars under ₹50 lakh and will be brought into the country via the CKD route. From what we know so far, the new fourth-gen model of the Carnival will get an updated exterior styling, longer features list, better safety, and updated powertrain options. 

The brand also confirmed that, unlike the earlier iterations of the Carnival in India, the upcoming new-gen will be similar to that offered in the global markets. Once launched, the Carnival will be a more premium alternative to the Toyota Innova Hycross.

5. Mahindra Thar 5-Door
