Maruti has updated the XL6 to now offer six airbags as standard across all variants, aligning it with other Arena and Nexa models. This marks a major safety upgrade from the previously offered four-airbag setup.
The 2025 XL6 borrows new features from the recently updated Ertiga, including 2nd-row and 3rd-row AC vents (with fan speed control for the third row), fast Type-C charging ports for both front and second rows, PM 2.5 cabin air filter and rear spoiler.
The updated XL6 is now 40mm longer than the outgoing version. While not a drastic change, this increase is expected to improve third-row space, making the MPV slightly more accommodating.
Maruti has increased the price of the 2025 XL6 by Rs 10,000 across all variants, except for the Alpha+ MT and AT variants, which continue at their previous prices.
The XL6 continues to be powered by a 1.5-litre petrol engine producing 103PS and 137Nm, offered with a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission. A CNG version is also available, delivering 88PS and 121Nm, but only with the manual gearbox.
