The 2025 MG Hector and Hector Plus are now E20-compliant, meaning their petrol variants can run on fuel containing 20% ethanol. There has been no change made to the 2.0-litre diesel engine.
Both models continue with the same engines: 1.5-litre turbocharged engine with 6-speed manual or CVT and 2.0-litre turbocharged engine with 6-speed manual transmission.
