The new Tata Altroz CNG mileage has been revealed, with a small jump in fuel efficiency compared to the older Altroz CNG. On the specs side, there’s no change — both power and torque figures remain the same.
The 2025 Tata Altroz CNG is claimed to deliver a mileage of 26.90 km/kg, which is 0.07 km/kg more than the pre-facelift Altroz CNG. However, compared to rivals like the Baleno and Glanza, which both offer a similar claimed mileage of 30.61 km/kg, the Altroz still falls slightly behind.
The old Tata Altroz CNG had a mileage pretty similar to the new Altroz, around 26.2 km/kg.
The Tata Altroz comes with a 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder iCNG engine that is only available with a manual gearbox. When running on CNG, it produces 73.5PS of power and 103Nm of torque. On petrol, it delivers 88PS of power and 115Nm of torque.
The 2025 Tata Altroz comes in seven variants — Smart, Pure, Pure S, Creative, Creative S, Accomplished S, and Accomplished+ S. Its price starts at Rs 6.89 lakh and goes up to Rs 11.49 lakh. The CNG variant starts at Rs 7.89 lakh, while the diesel variant’s price begins at Rs 8.99 lakh.
