Audi India has launched the RS Q8 Performance in the Indian market at Rs 2.49 crore ex-showroom before options.
It’s not often that you come across an Audi faster than its Porsche and Lambo stablemates. Yes, the RS Q8 Performance is faster than the Porsche Cayenne turbo GT and Urus around the Nurburgring.
The Audi RS Q8’s 4.0-litre twin turbocharged V8 engine has been tuned to generate 640PS of maximum power and 850Nm of peak torque. The SUV can reach triple digit speeds in 3.6 seconds.
While the top speed is restricted to 250kmph, interested buyers can pay extra to unlock 305kmph top speed, making it one of the fastest SUVs on earth.
The Audi RS Q8 Performance brings an updated design that includes new Matrix LED lights, 23-inch alloy wheels, RS-spec radiator grille with larger air ducts and sports exhaust system.
The interior of the RS Q8 Performance gets hints of Alcantara, Dinamica microfiber and recycled PET fibers all over the place. The RS sports seats and the wheel get RS badging along with red or blue accents.
