The Q6 Sportback e-tron is the coupe SUV version of the standard Audi Q6 e-tron. Audi claims its design to be inspired by the original Audi TT sports car. It gets a sloping roofline like that seen on the BMW X6 and now on cars such as the Tata Curvv and Citroen Basalt.
The 2024 Audi Q6 Sportback e-tron has been unveiled with four powertrain options, which have been summarised in the table above.
The Q6 e-tron Sportback gets Audi’s MMI display on the dashboard that houses a 14.5-inch touchscreen infotainment system, and an 11.9-inch digital driver’s display. There’s an optional 10.9-inch passenger screen that can also be opted for. The seats and other surfaces have been upholstered with sustainable and recycled materials.
As you would have already seen by now, the electric SUV gets a sloping roofline, which has been able to bring down the drag coefficient from 0.28 on the Q6 e-tron to 0.26 on the Sportback. There are sleek headlights on the front and a connected lightbar at the rear. Overall, the design looks muscular and sophisticated.
The sloping roofline has reduced the bootspace from 526 litres on the standard Q6 e-tron to 511 litres. The Audi Q6 Sportback e-tron has a wheelbase of 2,899 millimetres.
Audi is expected to launch the new Audi Q6 Sportback e-tron in India in the following months, and it might be assembled via CKD kits at the SAVWIPL plant in Aurangabad. There is, however, no official confirmation from Audi on the same yet.
