The Everest Tremor is a meaner version of Ford’s Everest SUV, which we used to know as the Ford Endeavour in India. Ford has launched the Everest Tremor in the Australian market.
This SUV is powered by a 3.0-litre V6 turbocharged diesel engine that produces 250PS of power and 600Nm of peak torque. The power is sent to all the four wheels via a 10-speed automatic transmission.
The Tremor gets Bilstein position-sensitive dampers, new springs, and 17-inch General Grabber AT3 all-terrain tyres, which bump up the Everest’s ground clearance by a good 26mm.
The Everest also gets a crawl feature. Added heavy-duty side steps, a steel bash plate, a honeycomb grille, and auxiliary LED headlamps, the Everest Tremor stands out from the regular Ford Everest SUV.
Highly unlikely. That’s it.
There’s no official communication from the carmaker on this front, however, there are reports and rumours every now and then suggesting that a re-entry might be on the verge. Stay tuned to CARS24 New Cars for latest updates.
