Toyota slashes prices after GST reform

Toyota India has rolled out the revised GST rates across its entire lineup, following the latest tax reform. The update covers models like the Rumion, Hyryder, Glanza, Camry, Hycross, Vellfire, and others. Depending on the model and variant, prices have dropped anywhere between Rs 48,700 and Rs 3.49 lakh.

Toyota hatchback, sedan, and pickup vehicles get cheaper

Toyota has dropped prices across several models following the GST rate cut. The Rumion is now cheaper by up to Rs 48,700, while the Glanza sees a reduction of up to Rs 85,300. The Camry, Toyota’s luxury sedan, gets a significant cut of up to Rs 1,01,800. One of the biggest drops is with the Hilux, which is now up to Rs 2,52,700 more affordable.

Toyota SUV and MPV prices drop—here’s by how much

If you’re eyeing an SUV or an MPV, prices have also dropped noticeably. The Toyota Hyryder is now up to Rs 65,400 cheaper. The Taisor’s price has fallen by as much as Rs 1,11,100. The Legender took a big cut, down by up to Rs 3,34,000, while the Fortuner is cheaper by as much as Rs 3,49,000. Looking at MPVs, the Hycross price is down by Rs 1,15,800, the Crysta by Rs 1,80,600, and the Vellfire by Rs 2,78,000.

Toyota’s revised prices across its entire lineup will take effect starting September 22.

Bookings open at new prices—check with your dealer

Select dealerships have already started taking bookings at the revised prices. If you're planning to buy a Toyota, it's a good idea to check with your nearest dealer to confirm if they’ve updated their pricing as well.
