The Hyundai Exter is the brand's smallest SUV and it goes head on with the Tata Punch and lower variants of the Renault Kiger and Nissan Magnite. Hyundai launched the Exter in the year 2023.
The Hyundai Exter is said to receive a mid-lifecycle facelift in the year 2026. The facelift is likely to feature small cosmetic changes and new features.
The Exter facelift could offer fresher design that is more pleasing to the eye, something that’s not the case with the Exter at this point. It could feature new lighting elements and a new set of alloy wheels as well.
While the interior design is unlikely to change much with the facelift, it could bring in new features such as a surround view camera, improved infotainment system and more.
Aside from these changes, the Exter is likely to remain the same as before. It is likely to feature the same 1.2-litre normal petrol engine that comes with 5-speed manual and 5-speed AMT along with a CNG option as well.
