The Jeep Wrangler Willys ’41 Special Edition has been launched in India at ₹73.24 lakh (ex-showroom). It is a limited-run model with only 30 units available in the country and commands a price premium of Rs 1.51 lakhs.
Based on the top-spec Rubicon, this edition comes in an exclusive “41 Green” paint that pays homage to its military heritage. It features a ‘1941’ decal on the hood and is also available in standard colours: white, black, red, and grey.
The special edition includes powered side steps, new interior grab handles, all-weather floor mats, and front and rear dashcams. Optional add-ons worth ₹4.65 lakh include a sunrider rooftop and a side ladder with a roof carrier.
It retains the standard 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder turbo-petrol engine producing 270PS and 400Nm of torque. The engine is paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and a full-time 4x4 system.
The ‘Willys ’41’ Special Edition commemorates the original Willys MB Jeep, which entered mass production in 1941. Its styling and features aim to reflect Jeep’s legacy of rugged, military-inspired off-road vehicles.
