Mercedes-AMG G 63 is the top-of-the-line trim in the Mercedes G Wagon lineup, and sells like hot cakes all over the world.
Mercedes has announced a special edition for the AMG G 63 that will come with India-specific touches and will be sold in limited numbers.
The Mercedes-AMG G 63 India Inspired edition will be launched on June 12, 2025, which is about two weeks from now.
Powering the G 63 is a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 petrol engine that has been tuned to put out 585PS of maximum power and 850Nm of peak torque. The power is sent to all four wheels via a 9-speed automatic ‘box.
Top speed of the AMG G 63 stands at 220kmph as standard, with a claimed 0-100kmph acceleration time of 4.4 seconds.
The standard Mercedes-AMG G 63 is priced at Rs 3.64 crore (ex-showroom, Delhi). Don’t expect the India Inspired Edition to cost less than Rs 4 crore (ex-showroom).
