Indian carmaker Mahindra recorded total sales of 84,170 units in April 2025, including 80,789 units sold in the domestic market, and 3,381 units exported.
Month-on-month sales remained constant, with 276 more units sold last month as compared to March 2025. While exports fell by 762 units, domestic sales grew by 1,038 units.
Year-on-year sales grew by an impressive 19.4%, with both domestic and international sales contributing to this positive trend.
Please note that the sales numbers stated above reflect the number of units dispatched to dealers and they might vary from the actual number of units sold by dealerships. Furthermore, these numbers include sales of both passenger vehicles as well as commercial vehicles.
Mahindra sold a total of 52,330 SUVs in the Indian market, recording a staggering growth of 27.6% when compared to the same month last year.
Commercial vehicle sales saw a mixed trend, with some categories witnessing a rise, and the others a fall. Mahindra sold a total of 22,989 commercial vehicles in India in April 2025.
