As part of its 6th anniversary celebration, MG Motor India has slashed prices on the MG Hector Plus across multiple trims. The cuts range from Rs 54,000 to Rs 2.30 lakh, depending on the variant. It’s a significant drop—but only for a limited time.
The 6-seater MG Hector Plus petrol variants have seen some of the biggest price drops yet. The Sharp Pro MT is down by Rs 2.30 lakh, the Sharp Pro CVT has dropped by Rs 2.17 lakh, and the top-end Savvy Pro CVT is now Rs 2.15 lakh cheaper.
MG Hector Plus prices for the 6-seater diesel variants have reduced too—and not by a small margin. The Style trim sees the smallest cut at Rs 54,000. But it gets more interesting higher up the range. The Smart Pro, Sharp Pro, Blackstorm, and Snowstorm editions have all become cheaper by between Rs 1.70 lakh and Rs 1.94 lakh.
The 7-seater MG Hector Plus Select Pro with a manual gearbox is now Rs 2.01 lakh cheaper, while the CVT trim has received a Rs 1.88 lakh price cut. The Sharp Pro takes the biggest cut at Rs 2.30 lakh, followed by the Savvy Pro, which has dropped by Rs 2.15 lakh. Both the Blackstorm and Snowstorm editions are now more affordable by Rs 2.17 lakh each.
As for the changes across the MG Hector Plus 7-seater diesel trims, the Style variant is now Rs 54,000 less. Select Pro is lower by Rs 1.39 lakh, Smart Pro by Rs 1.03 lakh, and Sharp Pro by Rs 1.44 lakh. The Blackstrom and Snowstorm trims have each seen a price cut of Rs 1.50 lakh.
