Just a month after they launched the AMG GLC 43 Coupe and CLE Cabriolet, Mercedes is now set to launch another one of its masterpieces in the Indian market, although it has been available internationally since April 2024.

The Mercedes-Maybach EQS 680 features distinct design elements, top specifications, and technological enhancements that set it apart from the standard EQS SUV, as it is the flagship electric SUV for Mercedes.

Maybach EQS SUV Exterior Design  

The front fascia features a closed-off grille with vertical chrome stripes and chrome-trimmed highlighted windows. The Maybach logo on the D-pillar and the Mercedes badge on the bonnet further elevate the SUV's sophisticated styling. It features a sealed black panel at the front that houses radar sensors for advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS).

Maybach EQS SUV Colour, Alloy Wheel Options

The Mercedes-Maybach EQS SUV is available in a range of exclusive dual-tone paint schemes, such as high-tech silver/obsidian black, obsidian black/selenite grey, and many more. Buyers can also choose from 21- or 22-inch forged alloy wheels featuring Maybach lettering.

Maybach EQS SUV Interior

Three screens display Maybach-specific graphics. Exclusive features include an animated instrument cluster in Maybach mode.

The rear-seat entertainment system consists of two 11.6-inch displays mounted on the front seatbacks, along with an MBUX tablet located at the rear, which can also be used outside the vehicle. The Rear Seat Package Plus includes additional features to enhance your comfort.

Mercedes-Maybach EQS Driving Modes 

The Maybach EQS 680 has multiple drive modes, including Eco, Sport, Offroad, and a special ‘Maybach’ mode. This Maybach mode keeps the rear passenger comfortable by reducing body movements under the rear seats to the lowest they can be.

Mercedes-Maybach EQS Suspension 

The Maybach EQS features rear-axle steering that can achieve a maximum steering angle of up to 4.5 degrees for better control over the SUV. There is an Airmatic air suspension with continuously adjustable damping that can increase the ground clearance of the Maybach EQS 680 by up to 35 mm.

Powertrain and Specifications 

The top-spec Maybach EQS 680 variant comes standard with 4Matic all-wheel drive technology, delivering up to 649 horsepower and 950 Nm of torque, claiming a range of up to 612 km, accelerates from 0 to 100 kph in a claimed 4.4 seconds, and reaches a top speed of 210 kph.
