The price of the MG Hector with 5 seater configuration has gone up in India by up to Rs 26,000. But there are a few selected variants where no price revision has been made.
The MG Hector Style MT, Shine Pro MT, Smart Pro MT, and Sharp Pro MT, all paired with the turbo petrol engine, have received a uniform price increase of Rs 25,500. Meanwhile, the MG Hector Select Pro with a manual gearbox has received a price hike of Rs 26,000.
The MG Hector turbo petrol variants – Shine Pro CVT, Select Pro CVT, Sharp Pro CVT, Blackstorm Sharp Pro CVT, Snowstorm Sharp Pro CVT, and Savvy Pro CVT – have all become more expensive by Rs 25,500.
The MG Hector variants with the diesel engine paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox, fortunately, have not seen any price increase. In this configuration, the price range starts at Rs 18,57,800 and goes up to Rs 22,56,800.
The MG Hector comes with two engine options: a 1.5L turbo petrol engine and a 2.0L diesel engine, both featuring the standard 6-speed manual gearbox. The turbo petrol variant is also available with a CVT transmission.
