The Nissan Magnite was first launched in India back in 2020, and it received its first facelift in October 2024. As of now, this model has crossed the milestone of over two lakh units sold.
The Nissan Magnite facelift comes with a revised front fascia and some noticeable changes at the rear. Under the hood, there are no new updates. But on the features side, the facelift version adds some new options like auto-dimming IRVM, a USB C-Type port for rear passengers, a cooled glove box, and auto headlights.
Under the hood, the Nissan Magnite comes with a 1.0L N/A petrol engine that produces 72PS of power and 96Nm of torque. It can be paired with either a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT gearbox. The claimed mileage is 19.4 km/l with the manual transmission, while the AMT version is said to deliver 19.7 km/l fuel efficiency.
Nissan Magnite is also available with a turbo petrol engine, which comes with either a 5-speed manual or a CVT transmission. It produces 100PS and 160Nm of torque. The fuel efficiency for the manual transmission is claimed to be 19.9 km/l, while the CVT version has a claimed mileage of 17.9 km/l.
Nissan Magnite CNG has been launched in India through a government-approved CNG retrofitment method. The CNG kit is priced at Rs. 74,999. As of now, the Magnite CNG retrofitment kit will be available only in selected states.
Nissan Magnite comes in six variants – Visia, Visia+, Acenta, N-Connecta, Tekna, and Tekna+. Its price starts at Rs 6.14 lakh and goes up to Rs 11.76 lakh.
