Second-gen Honda Amaze lineup shrinks — Single variant available

Second-gen Honda Amaze variant discontinued 

Honda Cars India has decided to continue selling the second-generation Amaze alongside the newly launched third-gen model. However, the top-spec VX variant has now been discontinued, leaving only the S variant on sale.

Pricing and availability

The second-gen Honda Amaze is now only available in the S variant, with prices starting at Rs 7.63 lakh for the manual and Rs 8.53 lakh for the CVT (ex-showroom, New Delhi). The sedan is offered in five exterior color options and two transmission choices.

Feature highlights of the S variant

The Amaze S variant includes essential features like halogen headlights, LED tail lamps, steel wheels with covers, ORVMs with turn indicators, and a shark-fin antenna. Inside, it offers a 2-DIN infotainment system, steering-mounted controls, manual AC, front and rear power windows, and power-adjustable ORVMs.

Safety equipment

Safety features on the second-gen Amaze S variant include dual front airbags, ISOFIX child seat mounts, and front seatbelts with pre-tensioners and load limiters—providing basic protection and family-friendly functionality.

Engine and mileage Details

The Amaze continues with a 1.2-litre petrol engine producing 90PS and 110Nm, paired with either a 5-speed manual or a CVT. It offers a claimed mileage of 18.60 kmpl for the manual and 18.30 kmpl for the CVT version.
