Skoda had launched the second generational model of its Kodiaq SUV in India last month, featuring a slew of upgrades over its predecessor.
The carmaker has just started delivering units of the new Skoda Kodiaq to its customers across India. Bookings had already begun along with the price announcement for the SUV.
The new Skoda Kodiaq is offered in a choice of two variants — Sportline and L&K — with the former positioned as a sportier trim and the latter a more luxurious one.
Prices for the updated Kodiaq start at Rs 46.90 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the Sportline trim, and go up till Rs 48.70 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the L&K trim.
Notable Skoda Kodiaq features include heated, ventilated, and massage seats, a 13-inch touchscreen along with physical controls, nine airbags, ISOFIX child seat mounts, parking assist, Canton sound system, and more.
The Skoda Kodiaq 4x4 goes against other D-segment SUVs in India such as the Toyota Fortuner, MG Gloster, Hyundai Tucson, Jeep Meridian, and its sister-car, the Volkswagen Tiguan R-Line.
