Tata Motors has revealed prices for the rear-wheel-drive variants of the Harrier EV, starting at Rs 21.49 lakh and going up to Rs 27.49 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Prices for the AWD version will be revealed on June 27, 2025.
The Harrier EV comes with two battery choices—65kWh and 75kWh. The dual-motor AWD variant delivers 504Nm of torque and accelerates from 0-100 kmph in just 6.3 seconds. The RWD 75kWh variant has an MIDC-claimed range of 627 km.
Tata claims rapid charging performance, with 20% to 80% charge achievable in about 25 minutes using a 120kW DC fast charger. Additionally, the EV can gain up to 250 km of range in just 15 minutes, enhancing real-world practicality.
The interior layout is similar to the standard Harrier, but with several EV-exclusive additions. Highlights include a 14.5-inch touchscreen, panoramic sunroof, Dolby Atmos sound system, electric boss mode, and a four-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated Tata logo.
Key tech features include a 540-degree camera system, automatic park assist, Level-2 ADAS, digital key, dashcam, eIRVM, V2V and V2L capabilities, and six terrain modes. These additions position the Harrier EV as a premium and tech-forward electric SUV.
