Indian car sales figures for the month of April 2025 are out, and here are the most selling SUVs in India.

Hyundai Creta

The Hyundai Creta has reclaimed its spot as the best selling SUV in India, with 17,016 units sold in April 2025.

Maruti Brezza

Maruti Suzuki sold 16,971 units of the Brezza in the same period, placing it at the second spot.

Mahindra Scorpio

Sitting at the third spot are the Scorpio Classic and Scorpio-N SUVs, with cumulative sales of 15,534 units.

Tata Nexon

Including sales of the Tata Nexon petrol, diesel, CNG, as well as electric, Tata Motors sold 15,457 units of the moniker in April 2025.

Maruti Fronx

The Maruti Suzuki Fronx stood somewhere in the middle, gathering sales of 14,345 units.

Tata Punch

The Tata Punch sits on the sixth spot, with a total of 12,496 units sold across powertrains.

The 3-door Thar and the 5-door Thar Roxx together brought in 10,703 units of sales last month.

Another Mahindra SUV in India, the Bolero, garnered 8,380 units of sales, making it to the eighth spot.

Selling 8,068 units in April, the Kia Sonet ranked ahead of its sister car, making it to the ninth spot.

Hyundai sold 7,953 units of the Venue in April 2025, making it its second best selling SUV in the country after the Creta.
