Kia has revealed a facelifted version of the Carens MPV that it is calling the Kia Carens Clavis. Here are five key changes on the new Kia Carens Clavis compared to the Carens.
You can get the Carens Clavis turbo-petrol with a 6-speed manual gearbox as well, whereas the Carens is only available with a 6-speed iMT and a 7-speed DCT.
On board is a Level-2 ADAS suite with functionalities such as forward collision warning, lane keep assist, adaptive cruise control, and more.
Notable differences on the exterior include a new design for the alloy wheels, connected tail lights, sharper headlights, and reprofiled bumpers.
While the Carens gets an elegant dashboard design, the one on the Clavis has been ‘modernised’ with a dual-screen setup, touch-based HVAC and media control, and a new steering wheel.
Additional features over the Carens include boss mode, panoramic sunroof, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a larger touchscreen, and more.
