Out of the upcoming new cars expected to be launched this year, most are facelifts. Here are five facelifts to watch out for.
Test mules of the upcoming Renault Kiger facelift have been spotted testing under camouflage, and the car is likely to be launched in the coming months. While no powertrain changes are expected, the car will certainly get a few styling tweaks and feature additions.
Another facelift expected from Renault is that of the Triber, and the same has also been spied testing a few times. It is likely to get a refreshed dashboard design, with a few added features.
Perhaps the most sought after facelift is that of the XUV700, which might be revealed on this year’s Independence Day, as has been the tradition for Mahindra. A disguised test mule was spotted a few days back.
The 3-door Thar is also likely to get a thorough refresh in the next few weeks, borrowing design cues and features from the more-recent Mahindra Thar Roxx. It is likely to be launched on August 15, too.
Tata is expected to launch a facelifted version of its best selling car in India, the Tata Punch, with noticeable changes expected on the design front, and the interior. The powertrain options are likely to remain unchanged.
