First launched back in 2021, the Renault Kiger is due for a facelift, and here are five things to expect from it.
As seen on the Renault Triber facelift first, the updated Kiger is bound to get Renault’s new multi-diamond logo, giving it a fresh look.
The car is expected to retain its powertrain options, which include a 1.0-litre NA-petrol engine mated to a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT, and a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol mated to a 5-speed manual and a CVT. The retrofitted CNG kit is also expected to continue being offered.
The facelifted Kiger is likely to get new bumpers, new set of front and rear lights, a tweaked front grille, and a new design for the alloy wheels.
There might also be a fresh interior theme, along with a handful of new features such as six airbags as standard and 360-degree cameras.
With prices for the outgoing model starting at Rs 6.14 lakh and going all the way up to Rs 11.22 lakh, the updated car is likely to be priced at a slight premium, with its starting price expected to be around Rs 6.30 lakh. All prices are ex-showroom and of the petrol variants only.
