In October 2024, Toyota reported a strong sales performance, with 30,845 units sold, compared to 21,879 units in the same month of 2023. This reflects a 41% year-on-year growth, with 8,966 more units sold.
Toyota's sales for October 2024 showed domestic sales of 28,138 units, while exports reached 2,707 units.
Toyota has also achieved a new sales milestone, recording 1,93,468 units sold in the first seven months of FY'24. This marks a 33% increase compared to the same period in FY'23, when it sold 1,45,818 units.
Focusing on the MoM growth, September 2024 saw 26,847 units sold, while October 2024 recorded 30,845 units. This indicates an increase of 3,998 units sold during the festive month.
In September, Toyota reported domestic sales of 23,802 units, while in October, the numbers surged to 28,138 units. However, when it comes to exports, September saw higher figures, with a total of 3,045 units, compared to October's 2,707 units.
Maruti Suzuki has seen strong demand in sales, particularly with its SUVs and MPVs. The introduction of Festival Limited Editions for models like the Urban Cruiser Hyryder, Urban Cruiser Taisor, Glanza, and Rumion has further boosted sales, drawing the attention of potential buyers.
