Toyota’s car sales in June 2025 stood at 28,869 units, reflecting a 5.08% increase over June 2024, when 27,474 units were sold. However, compared to May 2025, which saw 30,864 units, the month-on-month performance in June showed a 6.46% decline.
In June, Toyota recorded domestic sales of 26,453 units — a slight uptick from June 2024, when 25,752 units were sold, translating to a YoY growth of 2.72%. However, the momentum dipped on a month-on-month level, with sales down by 9.65%, as May witnessed stronger sales at 29,280 units.
Toyota’s export sales have been on the rise, showing a solid year-on-year growth of 40.31% and a month-on-month increase of 52.53%. In June 2024, shipments stood at 1,722 units, while May 2025 saw 1,584 units shipped. By June 2025, exports jumped to 2,416 units, highlighting a clear upward trend.
In the first half of the year, total Toyota sales hit 1,74,885 units, representing a strong 16% increase compared to 1,50,250 units sold in the same period of 2024.
Currently, the Toyota model lineup includes names like Glanza, Taisor, Urban Cruiser Hyryder, Innova Hycross, Fortuner, Fortuner Legender, Hilux, Camry, Vellfire, and Land Cruiser 300. Across the lineup, there are no imminent launches, but upcoming models like the 3 Row SUV, Urban Cruiser EV, and others are expected to join the range in the near future.
