Toyota Kirloskar India sold a total of 3,09,508 cars and SUVs in the financial year 2024-25, across models and fuel types, as per data released by Auto Punditz.
Of this total sales figure, 1,19,415 units were petrol vehicles, 79,156 units were diesel vehicles, 28,089 were CNG vehicles, and 82,848 were hybrids.
Toyota sold the most number of hybrid cars in India out of all automakers, with a market share of almost 80%.

Toyota witnessed a balanced share across fuel types, with 38.6% petrol vehicles, 25.6% diesel vehicles, 9.1% CNG, and 26.8% hybrid vehicles.
Out of the total 3,09,508 vehicles, 1,03,095 were rebadged Maruti Suzuki cars. These were the Baleno-Glanza, Fronx-Taisor, and Ertiga-Rumion.
