Tata has been showcasing a concept version of the upcoming Tata Harrier EV for a few years now, and the launch of the SUV is finally nearing.
The Tata Harrier EV India launch will take place on June 13, 2025, as confirmed by the carmaker.
The Tata Harrier electric is expected to be priced northwards of Rs 20 lakh (ex-showroom), competing against other electric SUVs in India like the Mahindra XEV 9e, Hyundai Creta Electric, and the upcoming Maruti e Vitara.
In terms of styling, the Harrier EV won’t be very different from the petrol car, albeit with a closed front grille, new aero alloy wheels, and a couple of EV badges.
The interior won’t be starkly different either, with expected Tata Harrier EV features including a 12.3-inch touchscreen display, ADAS, 360-degree cameras, ventilated front seats, panoramic sunroof, and more.
While exact specifications of the electric SUV are scarce at the moment, it is expected that it will come with a claimed range of over 500 kilometres, with a bigger battery pack than that of the Curvv EV. It is likely to come in both RWD and AWD versions.
