Toyota has updated the Glanza by making 6 airbags standard across its entire range, a feature previously limited to the top two trims. Notably, this upgrade does not impact the pricing, which continues to range between Rs 6.9 lakh and Rs 10 lakh (ex-showroom, New Delhi).
Though not as popular as the Baleno, the Toyota Glanza remains one of the best-selling models for Toyota India, having crossed the 2 lakh sales milestone since its launch six years ago. The Glanza has carved out a space in the premium hatchback segment, thanks to its Toyota badge and feature-rich offering.
The Glanza is equipped with a robust feature list including a 9.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, wireless charging, a 360-degree surround view camera, head-up display, automatic headlights, and rear AC vents.
Alongside the safety upgrade, Toyota has introduced a new Prestige Edition of the Glanza. This special edition brings dealer-level cosmetic enhancements inspired by the Urban Cruiser Hyryder’s Prestige Pack, aimed at boosting visual appeal. This limited-time package is only available until July 31, 2025,
The Prestige Edition offers several aesthetic upgrades such as premium door visors, body side moulding with chrome-black finish, rear lamp and lower grille garnish, chrome highlights for ORVMs and fenders, illuminated door sills, and a rear skid plate. Customers should contact local dealerships for exact pricing and availability.
